scSpatialSIM

A single cell simulator for spatial molecular data

Validation of spatial summary functions and methods made easy with scSpatialSIM

There are many spatial summary functions and methods used for summarizing spatial distributions of objects from trees to cells, but it’s difficult to objectively compare them. The R package scSpatialSIM makes it easy to simulate cells from realistic densities and distributions, and even gene expression for comparing spatial methods. For further details, visit the scSpatialSIM GitHub, CRAN, or turorial pages.
