iTIME is an interactive platform where users can upload sample meta data, sample level summary information about how many cells and what kind they are, as well as a spatial file such as those output by HALO, to run simple associations and explore their data. The application also performs spatial summary functions on the spatial file so users can see cell clustering information. See the iTIME GitHub page for more details.
